Please be aware of counterfeit products you may come across that seem to be cheaper,

but are of inferior quality and do not have a manufacturer's warranty or guarantee of quality.

Paypal PolicyCurnow Tennis accepts Paypal online, the safest way to buy anything online. Paypal ensures your information is not shared with a third party during or after your transaction.

You do not require an existing paypal account to use your credit card, and if you do have a paypal account, then just log in to your account to complete checkout.

Please click the add to cart button to buy your product, and then once you have finished shopping, go to the checkout and complete your purchase.

Please note all prices quoted in Australian Dollars $AUD and include GST.

Postage is available to any location in Australia and is based on melbourne metro and capital city intertstate Australia. If you live outside your capital city metro area, please email us for a more accurate shipping cost.

International residents, please contact us for a more accurate shipping quote for your goods.

Goods return policy

Curnow Tennis will accept return of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods within 30 days of purchase.

Goods must be returned in their original condition.

You will need to pay the return postage/freight and if deemed to be a faulty product or our mistake, your postage/freight will be credited back to you, as well as the product purchase price, or alternative product replaced and shipped free of charge to you.

We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.

All products sold have the same manufacturing warranty as if you purchased the goods in our stores, however you are responsible for returning the product, and paying any subsequent postage/freight costs to do so. Curnow Tennis will return the item to the manufacturer, and if it is deemed to be faulty or covered under warranty, they will replace the product, and we will let you know how to organise collection/postage of your replacement product.

Curnow Tennis do not offer warranties above the manufacturer standard warranty, and do not participate in the warranty claim decisions in any way - that is done by the individual supplier.

Product warranty return claim periods vary by supplier, however the process can take up to 4 weeks.

If a tennis racquet is replaced under warranty, the warranty does not apply to the stringing of the replacement racquet, therefore there will be a reduced charge to restring your racquet.

One month string tension guarantee does not apply to racquets purchased online. That is a guarantee we make if we fit your racquet at a Curnow Tennis Store. As we have no input into the selection process of your racquet online, we cannot guarantee the correct tension requirements for your new racquet and your individual style. We recommend all players who want to buy a new tennis racquet, that have not already been through the Curnow Tennis demonstration hit and racquet selection process, should do so to avoid errors in selection.

The online store is not intended to replace the famous Curnow Tennis Racquet fitting service that has helped to fit tennis racquets correctly to players for around 30 years. The clearance store is intended as a bargain store for those who already know their racquet and product requirements.

Sizing and colouring of products policy

Curnow Tennis do not accept responsibility if you choose the incorrect size of your product. Please make sure you check all available listed measurements or advertised sizing. If you are unsure, you should contact Curnow Tennis prior to buying the product, to check the sizing and whether it is appropriate for you.

All shoe sizes are indicated in US sizing.

Please note that due to the colour variance in computer monitors, accurate colour representation is only as accurate as your monitor calibration and how your browser reads the web safe spectrum. Please note that as a result, the colour of product may vary slightly to the view on your screen.

All specifications, where known and listed for product, are taken from the manufacturer's information, or weighed and measured in a Curnow Tennis Store.

Goods on backorder

Clearance items are available until sold out. Any items purchased that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded through your paypal account, if we cannot supply backordered product in the short term. You will be notified if this is the case.

Cancellation policy

Please note we ship the same or next day, so if your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order. Please contact us if this is the case, but you will need to arrange return of the goods in the same condition within 7 days at your expense in order to receive your refund of purchase price only.
